Delivery & Exchange
Processing time ranges from same day up to 2 business days before an order is boxed and labeled by our shipping department. Additional time may be needed during promotional periods and holidays. We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible and as a result, your order may arrive in separate packages. Once an order is shipped, customer will receive an e-mail notification containing their tracking information. Every order will be handled carefully and because we care, every pair of sneakers will be shipped via courier services such as JNE will be packed with Level Up protective box to ensure that the product arrives in good condition.

Exchange can only be granted for sneaker and due to sizing concern. Request for an exchange has to be made within 3 days after product is received (based on the tracking receipt by courier service). When an order is shipped through courier services such as JNE, customer must ship the product back in its original packaging including the protective box. Shipment fee will be born by customers. Only brand new product in brand new packaging can be exchanged. Level Up has the right to reject the exchange request when the condition of the product and packaging is not in their initial good condition. When the desired size is available upon exchange request and there is any difference in pricing, customers need to pay the difference. Please be notified that exchange can only be done for 1(one) time. As a quality assurance, we do not entertain exchange for another model even when the desired sizes are not available.
